Customers who wish to request a return should contact Romakn™ support before sending an item back. This allows the request to be reviewed and the appropriate return instructions to be provided.

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, customers should contact us promptly and provide the order details together with photographs when useful.
